GOD IS NOT ALWAYS FAIR; BUT, HE IS ALWAYS JUST

I'm sure some of the non-Jewish early Christians thought the Jews who had not accepted Jesus, didn't deserve Him--at least those who had persecuted Him. Maybe it wasn't admitted or spoken, but sometimes we all have those nagging feelings, like Jonah, that someone isn't deserving of God's grace. Well, none of us are--and from the standpoint of God, we all look the same, Jew, Gentile, Black, White, Brown, Yellow, Red, it just doesn't make any difference. Until God see's the blood of Jesus applied to our souls in redemption, we're all exactly the same--no distinction, just wretched and in need of salvation.

None of us, has a reason to feel superior--or inferior, then. Since, we're all the same before Jesus (that is without hope, separate from the presence of God--all of us); and after we come to know Him, He see's our different personality's, but none of us is better than the next. As, the Word tells us, we have different roles in the Body of Christ, but the honor is the same, so that there will be NO divisions. There is no respect of persons with God--and there shouldn't be with us, and among us, either. We are equal--all of us, in His eyes.

God gifts us many things--blessings too numerous to count; daily He provides our needs: water, food and shelter. He provides many of our wants, too. He provides so much for us--so that we are able to supply the needs of others--that's the reason for the abundance. Then, there are those spiritual gifts. God gives us spiritual gifts that build the Kingdom--miracles, helps, knowledge, teaching, prophecy, preaching, exhortation, etc.; all of those and more are for the growth of the Body of Christ. These don't have to be permanent--God can revoke these, if we do not handle them with care; and according to the anointing.  We know this from the parable of the talents--ministerial giftings, if not operated according to His will, can be withdrawn. Often, when this occurs, it is unrecognized by most, because there is a lack of discernment present. So many, minister according to talent and human ability, but the anointing is no longer (or has never been) there.

His grace and His mercy, He will never take back--those are without repentance. Until Jesus appears, we have access to His grace and mercy. They stand beckoning every man to take advantage--including those who have turned away from Him (like Israel). Now is the opportune time--this is the dispensation for grace. But, the time is short--if you can imagine a clock with twelve hours and time is quickly ticking away, it is 12:55. Don't wait...He's coming soon. Receive the awesome gift of grace; it is sufficient for you.

IF GOD WAS ALWAYS FAIR--NONE OF US WOULD STAND A CHANCE. THE FACT THAT HE'S ALWAYS JUST MEANS THAT HE GIVES US ALL A CHANCE--BUT WE DON'T HAVE TO ACCEPT IT, IT'S OUR CHOICE.
